about

"Drink Michigan Drink" recorded August 2005 by Rob McGregor at Goldentone Studios in Gainesville, Florida. "Truth Is A Menace" recorded March 2006 by Pete Degraw at Dynamite Sound in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

North Lincoln and The Gibbons had to have played 100 shows together over a couple year span. Two tours together, taking hold in each respective side of the state, and often meeting in Lansing to get hammered at The Diaper together. The Gibbons "Hope, Inc." is still one of the most solid Michigan punk albums ever. Perfection. This split was always talked about and almost deemed mandatory by the time it actually happened.

For years and years we also have had our strong ties to the fine men of influential ska band Mustard Plug. Wether helping them out on tours, selling their merch, or sharing a practice space. We were finally able to incorporate them with "Truth Is A Menace".
